While the body can survive up to two months without food, it cannot live
longer than a few days without water. Most states of illness can be improved
by consuming adequate pure water. You could have greater energy, everything
would work better, and many symptoms of ill health may disappear.
You need pure water to keep the body clean inside. Most of us have sludge-like
